FAQ 

Opening order minimum is $100.

  • Case pack for cards is 6.
  • Everything else including art prints are case packs of 1 and order minimum of 2.

Retailers must agree to our terms and policies below. We reserve the right to stop selling our products to stores who do not comply.

All About Shipping

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All orders will be shipped via Fedex. If you have any special shipping requests regarding shipping terms or time or have a UPS/Fedex account please let us know as soon as possible.

Turnaround Times

Orders usually ship within 4-7 days. Please note, orders will ship sooner if inventory is in stock. If you require your order by a specific date please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. If your order is already in progress you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are not accepted unless items are damaged and must be reported within two days of receipt of goods. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Packaging

All Habitude Paper products must be sold in their original packaging. If you would like to sell any of our Habitude Paper products via an online store, you must request permission and credit Habitude Paper in the product description.
